In this paper, we introduce the goal programming in neutrosophic environment.The degrees of acceptance, indeterminacy and rejection of objectives are simultaneously cockrings considered.We propose two models for solving Neutrosophic Goal Programming Problem (NGPP), at one hand aiming to minimize the sum of the deviation (the I st model), and at the other hand, transforming NGPP into a crisp programming model, using truth membership, indeterminacy membership, and falsity membership functions (the II nd model).

Finally, an industrial design problem is bridle and breastplate given to illustrate the efficiency of the proposed models.The obtained results of the Ist model and of the IInd model are compared with other methods.
